User Journey Overview

Discover the step-by-step process of conducting a Fantasy Auction. Learn how Tournament Managers and participants interact, from logging in to starting the Auction and beyond.

Login

Users log in to the application using their Gmail account. Once logged in, they can play one of two roles: Tournament Manager or Tournament Participant.

Tournament Manager Role

As a Tournament Manager, users can:

  • Create a new Tournament.
  • Design a Tournament Enrollment Form to capture participant details.
  • Share the Enrollment Form link with potential participants.

Tournament Participant Role

Tournament Participants can join the tournament by filling out the shared Enrollment Form and submitting their details.

Setting Up the Auction

The Tournament Manager configures all auction rules, including:

  • Teams and team purse
  • Bid increments
  • Sponsors
  • Other custom settings

Managers can review the list of enrolled participants anytime. Once the required number of participants are enrolled and setup is complete, the Manager can start the Auction.

Post-Auction: Fantasy League

After the Auction ends, the Tournament Manager can open the tournament for the Fantasy League phase. Participants can then:

  • Build their own Fantasy teams in the public Mega Fantasy Contest.
  • Or create private contests to compete with their friends.
