Rectifying Final Team and Amount for Sold Players

Mistakes can happen during a fast-paced Auction. This guide helps the Tournament Manager quickly correct a player's final team or bid amount after they’ve been marked as sold.

1

Tap the Edit / Pen Button

Begin by tapping the Edit (✎) button in the Auction panel. This opens the correction mode, allowing you to modify player assignments or bid details.

2

Search for the Player

Use the search bar to locate the player whose bid details need correction. You can search by player name or scroll through the sold players list.

3

Select the Correct Team

Choose the correct team name from the available list. This ensures the player is reassigned to the intended team after the update.

4

Enter the Correct Bid Amount

Enter the revised bid amount that reflects the correct final value for the player. The system will automatically adjust the affected team’s purse accordingly once the update is confirmed.

5

Tap ‘Sold’ to Confirm Reassignment

Once the details are corrected, tap ‘Sold’ to finalize the reassignment. The player will now appear under the updated team with the corrected bid amount in the Auction timeline and team summary.

💡 Tip: Only authorized Tournament Managers can perform these corrections. Double-check all values before saving to maintain accurate Auction records.
